What we’re looking for:

Abound is a fast growing start-up, revolutionizing how new brands come to market and how retailers stock wholesale. With more than 50,000 retailers on our platform, and with one of the most competitive and expansive returns policies, we need forward-thinking collaborators to become founding members of our Returns team. If you are solution-oriented, with a strong interest in user experience, retail, marketing, or product development, this position is for you! You’ll not only be able to learn about the inner workings of a fast-paced NYC-based startup, but actively contribute to its success.

What you’ll do:

From our Los Angeles location, you will:

  • Collaborate on establishing and overseeing an efficient returns and resale SOP for our unique e-commerce wholesale model
  • Identify and track trends with regard to user experience, volume and resale
  • Identify user pain points then strategize solutions
  • Participate in strategy meetings as we discuss new features and solve user pain points
  • Pitch marketing ideas for returned merchandise
  • Collaborate with Abound’s Customer Support team, as well as our UK-based returns warehouse
  • Eventually lead your respective area of Abound's return procedure, and train future employees


Requirements include:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
  • Must be able to work from our Los Angeles location

Other qualifications include:

  • Quantitative analysis background is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills
  • A deep interest in startups and entrepreneurship
  • Interest in retail sustainability initiatives is a plus
  • Superb attention to detail
